Request data deletion

You can ask us to delete personal information associated with any Briola Games title.

  1. Email us Write to contact@briolagames.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us which game and platform Include the game title, the platform you used and your platform user ID or profile link if available. Do not send a password.
  3. Complete verification We may ask for limited information needed to confirm that the account belongs to you.
  4. Receive confirmation We will respond and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted by law.

What will be deleted

Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise identifiers, saved progress, scores, settings, support records and other personal information linked to your account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.

Deleting the platform connection

You may also remove the game from the connected apps or permissions section of the platform you used. Removing the connection does not always delete information already held by the game, so please email us if you want us to complete a deletion request.
